Way to go Orange Beach Elementary in Alabama (yes, I said Alabama).! This school is fighting back for the children!
The school just installed a new system where all the faculty will wear panic buttons and they will have ARMED security officers. From what I can understand when a panic button is hit blue lights go off, the school goes in lock-down and the police are called.
I commend this Elementary school for taking action to protect the students.
Do I want my son to have to go to school with armed officers and wonder if a shooter will come to his class? Hell no, but it is a reality today…like it or not.
To anyone out there that would think to harm our children.. we are going to protect them from you one way or the other.
