Today is Mother’s day, a day of remembrance for me. Of course I had to work , Sundays in the ED… well it usually takes the wind out of your sails.
Not today.
I wore a Gold Heart Shaped Locket with a pinch of my Mother’s cremations sealed eternally inside.
I had a great day, I worked with the best of the best and then some. I even got to leave early because things were just that “good”.
Somehow I think the “Golden Heart” had a little something to do with that.. And I am very grateful…
